Fans reacted negatively to the former Universal Champion Brock Lesnar’s surprise return and Money In The Bank win after the show went off air.
However probably the most interesting reaction to this surprise win of the Beast came from none other than the former World Champion Chris Jericho.
Chris took on his twitter after the cameras stopped rolling. Trolling the company for this decision he wrote the following sarcastic tweet saying that this is the perfect example of the genius booking:
For years now Jericho has been trying to break his image of being only a WWE guy and he has been positioning himself as an independent star who can work for any company.
Though so far Y2J has been careful about not disrespecting his former employers even when he has been working for the rival promotions of the company.
But Chris himself had recently claimed that he is banned from WWE now and it appears that after the company’s moves, the former World Champion has decided not to pull his punches anymore.
Just recently he had claimed that the WWE vs. AEW scenario is a war even if WWE doesn’t admit it, and after this tweet, it appears that Chris Jericho will be talking openly about the company going forward.
